Finally, we got our own Nintendo Video service. My brother said that we received an automatic update on 3ds, which includes this ware. We expected that we can download videos from Nintendo because our 3ds is a North American version, but when we started downloading it from Nintendo Video, it responded that we cannot have those videos due to the country we were in. It really sucks that only those who were in NA will benefit to Nintendo Video. I can't see the point why they restrict downloading videos if you were outside the country(North America) yet still having the same 3ds, and why they are exporting it to other countries if they planned that the Nintendo Video service will be enjoyed only by the North Americans. Hopefully Nintendo will release the ban of downloading videos even if we we're outside NA. *sigh*
