Why Amazon pulled out Cosmo Black 3ds in sale? And why only Cosmo Black and not in general? According to Kotaku, there were customer complaints about the quality of the handheld. They complain that the 2 screens scratch each other, and the hinge of the 3ds is wobbly, so Amazon put out the Cosmo Black 3ds under review. But Kotaku had another update, and said that Nintendo 3ds Cosmo Black sale resumed, and it's not about the quality of the handheld made the sale undergo review.
Nintendo offers the following statement on the brief kerfuffle to Kotaku: "An internal Amazon.com shipping issue triggered a brief hold on orders of Nintendo 3DS systems while the situation was reviewed, as is common in such matters. Amazon.com resolved the issue, and Nintendo 3DS orders have resumed. There are no issues with Nintendo 3DS inventory or quality. For additional information about this incident, please contact Amazon.com.
Hope this issue won't affect sales of the Cosmo Black 3ds. This issue quite fear mongering the 3ds.
